To Give Freedom

Unhealthy thoughts freeze us to the past, to the long perceived bad habits. And what can be changed are the destructive thoughts in the present.
Compulsive thoughts cover grief, insecurity, loneliness.
Let’s refer to it with compassion to this hidden suffering.
I will transform the toughest circuits hidden energies … but it is not enough to know their source, but to treat them with compassion as well. It is necessary to replace them. To ask a movement to create a healthy pattern of thinking.
But replacing the thoughts is not an easy process since I attached to my old stories with which I identify myself.
There comes a point at which those devastating stories that I have told myself collapsed precisely. And I feel anxiety, suspicion, indifference or fear to the unknown.
Sometimes I succeed in breaking free from my power and my bad advice … but under the destructive thoughts is a part of me that realizes these thoughts are not real, are not valid, are not alive.
When I rid myself of those old stories to me is dissolved completely new perspective. The fear is transformed into presence and excitement. The confusion becomes interested. Uncertainty appears to be a gateway to surprise. The inferiority can lead to dignity.
So to switch from unhealthy stories to one of grace… is truly liberating discovery. Today, at work or while driving, while talking or shopping, while playing sports or taking care of your body alone can choose what sound to listen. Whether it’s the broken record of the past, which brings bitterness and sorrow … or we will shake off these thoughts and will be left to wonder and possibilities of life.
Transforming the landscape of our thoughts, we will be able to revolutionize the entire world.
Let love myself exactly as I am.
Let me feel your value and grace.
Let us trust in this world.
Let us refer to ourselves with compassion.
Let me meet with compassion the sorrow or ignorance of the others.
The most important gift of expanded consciousness is surprising change of identity. Mystical experiences are able to melt boundaries and open our hearts to a reality beyond our limited sense of self. By them we reconnect with our place in the sacredness of all creation.
We are in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied to a single garment of destiny.
We are not separate but are interdependent.
