I wish I would stop using food as a drug. I am 5’4″ and weigh 225 lbs. I am an overeater. I am 49 years old in 12 days, have high blood pressure and am a type II diabetic. I am killing myself with food. I know how to eat healthy and excercise sporadically. But I seem to have some sort of mind block that keeps me from doing what’s best for me on a long term basis. I need to love myself enough to stop killing myself and take care of myself. My wish is to love myself enough to cherish my health and take care of myself.

Pray every day and night for enough funds to go to the Aspen dental center. Had crowns knocked out – and need other dental work. No insurance and keep getting abcesses which I know are dangerous. Please – someone, anyone. Thanks.
