Positive Thinking Is Not to Deny Reality

“Why to think positively as I have problems again, and again feel pain, I suffer and still happen to me” bad “things? Does it make sense? It is even more disappointing. It is better not to mislead.”
There is still quite misleading about positive thinking. Positive thinking often is considered the establishment of the illusory world and flying into clouds, dreaming, escaping from reality, watching the world through pink glasses, even naivety and lack of realistic assessment.
So in this article we will write about it:
* What is actually positive thinking?
Positive thinking does not mean that “good” things will only happen, that we will never get sick, and that we will be untouchable for accidents and failures, that we will not have problems, that we will not feel pain … it does not mean that we all will be in love and would never suffer, does not mean that we will always be winners. Being positive does not mean that we will always be smiling and not feel emotions other than joy and love, that will not have difficulties …
But when we think positively, you will see all these “bad” things differently.
We look forward to every moment, our gift of life, every challenge, giving us the opportunity to grow, every person who encountered on the road and learn something from it.
Positive thinking is actually turning disadvantages into advantages, converting it into something constructive. It is “our life lemon that is to make lemonade.”
Thinking this way, we feel freedom and independence from external factors. Positive Thinking opens our senses for beauty, for kindness, love. Then we notice every little thing and it brings us joy.
Delusions of positive thinking:
* Positive thinking is not to talk nice that everything is wonderful when it hurts inside, it is not to deny what is in you. It is not to ignore the pain.
On the contrary – think positive means of building strong legs so that you can see reality as it is, not to suppress your feelings and to say – “I’m very well, everything is wonderful, but to admit what you feel and to live it and free yourself. It is to accept the pain, the fear as a part of your life and growth. They are just a way to go through the situation, it reflects, but it is not necessarily to identify with them.
* Positive thinking is not only hope that something will happens, it will come “Messiah” and will help you to realize that this is actually a strength in you and you are always available and that anything that happens to us is for our own goodness.
* Positive thinking is not where the world imposes on its expectations and hope to make it your scenario. Being positive means to be flexible and to use any “unforeseen” event as an opportunity.
Positive thinking is when you love life with all its fullness and variety – and with good and bad sides, to accept success and failure, joy and sorrow, love and disappointment, etc. as your friends.

Always think positive, no matter what situation your in because anything can be accomplished! Thank you for sharing, I completely agree with this!
