Japanese Strict Diet

Day 2

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: fish (baked or boiled), vegetable salad with vegetable oil (may substitute with cabbage stew)
  • Dinner: 200g. boiled beef, 1 cup yogurt

Day 3

  • Breakfast: coffee + biscuit
  • Lunch: 1 large zucchini fried in vegetable oil, apples
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200g. boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil

Day 4

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: 1 soft-boiled egg, 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 years of hard cheese
  • Dinner: fruit

Day 5

  • Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice
  • Lunch: big baked or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice
  • Dinner: fruit

Day 6

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: 0.5 kg of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrots
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, raw carrots with vegetable oil

Day 7

  • Breakfast: tea
  • Lunch: 200g. boiled beef and vegetables
  • Dinner: fruit

Day 8

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: 0.5 kg of boiled chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrots
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, raw carrots with vegetable oil

Day 9

  • Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice
  • Lunch: big baked or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice
  • Dinner: fruit

Day 10

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: 1 soft-boiled egg, 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 years of hard cheese
  • Dinner: fruit

Day 11

  • Breakfast: coffee + biscuit
  • Lunch: 1 large zucchini baked with vegetable oil, apples
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200g. boiled beef, salad, fresh vegetable oil
