How to Change Your Attitude from Resentment to Gratitude?

Everything in the universe is composed of waves and vibrations that are in constant interchange. We live in a stream of invisible vibrating energy frequency. At any time, we radiate energy that is captured by the others and affects everything around us. It determines how we perceive others, what will be our relationship, it defines everything that will happen to us.
Although we could not see it and often do not realize, the energy that we radiate is our main force, the most powerful generator of our destiny.
It is determined by the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and our attitudes.
Often we are unhappy with our lives, where we live, the people who surround us and desperately want to change them.
What we do not realize however is that the energy of anger attracts more things that we hate or dislike.
Resentment is a purely material emitting negative energy and in no way helps us.
Let’s look at what actually brings discontent:
Angry people are bad company. They always grumble, complain and never can be pleased. When you sit in a restaurant will surely notice the stain on the tablecloth or be outraged by the situation of the mass of smoke or something, but will not pay attention to the human smile to them and the wonderful taste of the dish. They are able to spoil the mood of the entire company with his eternal wrath and whine. They always see the gaps, errors, irregularities and are angry, they murmur against them. They focus on the bad things so much that they do not see anything else.
And as you know, what you concentrate on, it is amplified. So all these irregularities and their problems begin to look irreparable, and nothing else is noticed, as if their horizon narrows.
Maybe you will say that sometimes one sees the world in black color, because there are problems, because of the suffering and so on and when things improve, will begin to look at everything differently.
The truth is that the dissenter will always see the world gray. Whatever changes - good living conditions…he will always find something not to like, something that is not satisfied.
Because dissatisfaction becomes a mindset.
